2-Year Limited Warranty

All eligible air conditioning products purchased from FEPOHOP are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper maintenance.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Faulty materials
Defects in workmanship
Product malfunctions that occur during normal intended use

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, FEPOHOP may, at its discretion:

Repair the product;
Replace the product with the same or equivalent model; or
Provide a full or partial refund where appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
Improper installation, maintenance, or operation
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage caused by external events, including power surges, flooding, fire, or natural disasters
Commercial use unless otherwise stated

Photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable

Warranty Claim Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, or refund options.

Customers may be required to return the product for inspection before a warranty claim can be finalized.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product. FEPOHOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
